Torrance PTA Bike Rodeos are for 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade boys and girls. Even though TUSD rules specify that only 4th and 5th graders can ride their bikes to and from school, the Rodeos include 3rd graders to help them get ready to ride to school. The Rodeo is primarily a safety and riding test event. There are six riding skills tests and a written test that each grade level must take.
The District/City Wide Bike Rodeo will be held
on May 11, 2024 at Victor Elementary.
The top two girls and boys in each grade level will move on to the District Bike Rodeo.
We are thrilled to welcome members of the Beach Cities Cycling Club to assist us with the Bike Rodeo this year as volunteers! If you are interested in volunteering to help with the Bike Rodeo, the sign up will be coming out soon.
